UK Privacy Notice

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect your name, email, mobile number, nation, postcode, broad area of law, requested timing and format, booking reference, payment status and a short matter description. Calls may produce transcripts, summaries, classifications and technical metadata. Unless you are told otherwise at the start of a call, we do not retain audio recordings.

We use information to provide the AI information service, respond to enquiries, request and administer a professional match, process and support a booking, prevent misuse, keep records, improve service quality and measure privacy-safe website outcomes.

Information may be shared with independent legal professionals where you request or purchase a match; Stripe for payment processing; our booking and cloud infrastructure providers, including Supabase; and service providers needed to operate, secure and measure the site. We do not store full card details.

Platfirm AI is an Australian company and providers may process information outside the UK. We use appropriate contractual and operational safeguards where required. Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the service, legal obligations, disputes, security and recordkeeping.

Depending on applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and may withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Email admin@platfirm.ai. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
